It’s a Saturday afternoon in Ubud, early November — the start of the rainy season in Bali. Luckily, the weather held up and it didn’t rain during our evening walk around town. We started our journey from the southern end of Kajeng Street, then turned right into a small alley called Pucuk Alley, which connects to Suweta Street — the southern part of which meets Ubud Main Road, right at the main entrance of Ubud Palace.

From there, we crossed over to Ubud Art Market, wandered through Karna Street, and reached Dewisita Street. We turned left and continued walking before turning right into Hanoman Street, then another right into Goutama Selatan Street, continuing north along Goutama Street. Our walk ended at Ubud Town Square, a lovely open area where many tourists relax and enjoy the calm Ubud atmosphere.
