This can be used to make chocolate bar, chocolate barks, choco chips & choco buttons! ♥️
Method 1 (using cacao nibs)
👍🏻 Tastes darker
👎🏻 Takes time to blend (10-15 mins)
Ingredients
🍫 Cacao nibs - 1/2 cup
🍫 Desi khand - 1/2 cup
🍫 Salt - 1/4 tsp
🍫 Vanilla - 1 tsp
Method
1️⃣ Roast cacao nibs just warm them (to active the cacao butter in the nibs).
2️⃣ Blend when still warm, pulse & scrape down walls and blend again.
3️⃣ When it turns creamy, add other ingredients (powdering khand helps get smoother texture).
4️⃣ Blend again until smooth, transfer to mould or baking paper & let it set.
5️⃣ Once it hardens, demould & dig in ♥️
Method 2 (using cacao butter/oil)
