International Relations Minister Ronald Lamola says the South African men allegedly lured to fight in the Russia-Ukraine war under false pretences are victims, and those who recruited them must face the law.
Lamola met with 11 of the 17 men who returned home in KwaZulu-Natal. The men say they are relieved to be back home.
