Despair’s Peak | CLASSIC CREEPYPASTA REDUX

In a world consumed by an eldritch darkness following the return of the Restless God, survivors struggle to escape a landscape infested by nightmarish creatures known as Rippers. Tonight’s story follows a young man named Jack who uses a magical monocle to navigate the void and lead a small group of refugees toward a mountain sanctuary called Mt. Despair.

Along their journey, the group faces harrowing sacrifices, including the loss of an elderly soldier and a grandmother who chooses a peaceful end for her family over the monsters' cruelty. Our grim tale this evening serves to highlight the resilience of the human spirit amidst a literal and metaphorical eclipse of hope.
