Denmark Unveils First Coins Featuring King Frederik X 🪙

Denmark issues first coin with King Frederik's portrait<br /><br />Denmark’s Central Bank issues on Oct. 31, 2024 its first coins bearing the portrait of King Frederik X, who ascended to the throne in January after the surprise abdication of his mother, Queen Margrethe II in her new year’s eve speech. The commemorative 20 crown coin is engraved with the portrait of King Frederik X on one side and Queen Margrethe on the other.
