Delhi Heatwave Alert: Temperature Soars Beyond 50°C 🔥

A red alert has been issued for heatwave in Delhi today i.e. Thursday. Both the temperature and humidity will remain very high, which can have a serious effect on people. The Meteorological Department (IMD) has predicted dust storm or rain with thunder by the evening, in which the wind speed can be up to 60 kilometers per hour. Last evening, about 40% humidity was recorded in Delhi, due to which the 'feel like' temperature reached about 52 degrees Celsius. An orange alert has also been issued for today. According to the Meteorological Department, the humidity level will remain very high, due to which people will feel more heat and humidity and discomfort will increase.

दिल्ली में आज यानी गुरुवार के लिए हीटवेव को लेकर रेड अलर्ट जारी किया गया है. तापमान और नमी दोनों ही काफी ज्यादा रहेंगे, जिससे लोगों पर इसका गंभीर असर पड़ सकता है. मौसम विभाग (IMD) ने शाम तक धूल भरी आंधी या गरज-चमक के साथ बारिश की संभावना जताई है, जिसमें हवा की रफ्तार 60 किलोमीटर प्रति घंटा तक हो सकती है. बीती शाम दिल्ली में करीब 40% तक नमी दर्ज की गई, जिसकी वजह से 'फील लाइक' तापमान करीब 52 डिग्री सेल्सियस तक पहुंच गया. आज के लिए भी ऑरेंज अलर्ट जारी किया गया है. मौसम विभाग के मुताबिक, नमी का स्तर बहुत अधिक बना रहेगा, जिससे लोगों को गर्मी और उमस का अधिक अहसास होगा और असहजता बढ़ेगी.
