Delhi HC directs MEA to facilitate Celina Jaitly's communication with her brother Retd Major Vikrant

The Delhi High Court on Thursday directed the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) to inform Retired Major Vikrant in the next consular access that his sister Celina wants to talk to him. Secondly, the High Court also directed the Ministry to facilitate her communication with him through the TAMM App or by any other mode.
Over this retired Indian Army Major Vikrant Jaitly's case, Celina Jaitly's advocate, Raghav Kacker, said that “The Delhi High Court directed that coordination be conducted between MEA and us so that we can access the brother. We are happy to inform you that her brother is alive and he is well”.
Amid this Celina Jaitly said that “It’s been 15 months … I am very happy “.
