Restoration of the started in November of 2008 for the Ferry flight from Swartkop Airforce Base, Pretoria, South Africa to her new owners at the Wonderboom Military Museum in Waterval, Wallmansthal just north of Pretoria, South Africa. The ferry flight to off at 07:13 on 4 Dec 2010 and she landed at 07:50 on the makeshift landings strip.

The pilots were Johan van den Berg and Laurie Raath both at the time from South African Airways and Flight Engineer Mike Mayers.
