The new Hasselblad X2D II takes everything people loved about the X2D 100C and pushes it further. It has a 100MP BSI CMOS sensor with 16 bit color and up to 15 stops of dynamic range for incredible image quality. Autofocus is now faster with LiDAR assist powered by DJI tech, something Hasselblad users have been asking for. There is also 5 axis image stabilization rated up to 10 stops which makes makes this camera industry leading, plus a joystick and new subject detection autofocus settings.
On top of that Hasselblad added a 1TB internal SSD with a CFexpress Type B card slot, a brighter 3.6 inch tilting OLED display, and a new 5D joystick for better control.
In addition I tested this with the new XCD 35-100mm f2.8-f4 zoom lens and the 90mm f2.5 V series lens.
I have reviewed every Hasselblad camera leading up to this and the X2D II really feels like they listened to what photographers wanted. These are my first impressions, and not sponsored.
