The cyclone Fengal is likely to form off Tamil Nadu between evening of November 28 ad morning of November 29, the Indian Meteorological Department has said. Coastal areas of Tamil Nadu and Puducherry are likely to experience heavy rainfall due to the cyclonic storm.
