Crustless Cranberry Almond Skillet Pie 🍒

A perfect dessert for fall and winter, my variation dubbed "Cranberry Almond Skillet" is a delicious sweet and tangy delight, warm from the oven and topped with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream. It can be pretty quick to make in the evening if you have all your ingredients ready. It is one of my favorite bakes using my cast iron skillet.
