Congress passes 75% of Marcos priority measures <br /><br />Presidential Adviser on Legislative Affairs Mark Llandro Mendoza says Congress' performance was 'very good' as it passed 'around 70 to 75 percent' of President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.βs priority measures.
