Common Core Math vs. Old Math 🧮

Common core math makes calculations so much more complicated than they need to be. Here is a side-by-side comparison of how much easier and quicker it was for my son to subtract six from 12 counting his fingers than it was for the teacher in the video on the left to perform four steps to solve a simple subtraction problem.
