Clarification on ISU's Rule Enforcement and Judging Practices

ISU has broken the rule that ISU decided. <br /><br />And, ISU and the judge keep giving a demerit mark to skater corrected according to the rule, and giving preferential treatment to skater that disregards the rule. <br /><br />This is a treatment of unfair who doesn't believe easily. <br /><br />This means contempt and disregard of the authority to ISU by ISU. <br /><br />We must not forgive this situation. <br /><br />Judge fairly!
