The optional Cisco IP Phone 8800 Key Expansion Module provides 18 additional line appearances, speed dials, or programmable buttons to the phone. Using the expansion module, you will be able to keep track of calls in progress, calls on hold, and calls that require transfer. Up to three expansion modules can attach to the 8861, and up to two can be added to the 8851.
