In this video, I’ll explain the truth about Myalgic Encephalomyelitis/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (ME/CFS), a debilitating and often misunderstood condition that affects nearly 1% of the global population. Despite its widespread impact, many patients are dismissed, misdiagnosed, or told their symptoms are "all in their head."
I’ll walk you through what ME/CFS actually is, how to recognize it, and why traditional treatment approaches often fall short.
