China and EU agree to continue technical talks as final EV tariffs decision looms

China and the EU have agreed to continue technical talks as the bloc’s deadline for an EV tariffs decision is October 30th.<br /><br />China has also warned the EU against holding private negotiations with EV companies, saying mutual trust would be broken.<br />
