Residents in Chatham say their homes are now worthless because of the external cladding.<br /><br />After the Grenfell tower disaster, changes to fire safety rules have meant The Wharf building at the Dockside would no longer pass a risk assessment needed for a sale.<br /><br />But it's meant homeowners are responsible for spending tens of thousands of pounds to fix it if they want to sell their flats.
