NFL Star Darron Lee Arrested for Murder 🏈

Darron Lee, a former NFL linebacker who played for teams including the New York Jets and Kansas City Chiefs, was arrested and charged with first-degree murder after his girlfriend, 29-year-old nursing student Gabriella Perpetuo, was found dead in their Ooltewah, Tennessee home on February 5, 2026. Investigators discovered disturbing ChatGPT searches on Lee's phone from the day before, asking about injuries and calling 911, blood throughout the house, and evidence of cleanup attempts. Lee had prior domestic violence convictions involving his own mother and another woman, and now faces possible life in prison or the death penalty as the case moves forward in Hamilton County court.
