Ahead of our Carabao Cup third round clash at Port Vale, we've been putting in the prep at Sobha Realty Training Centre, and Inside Training gives you the inside track on how it's been going.

Before taking on the League One side, Mikel Arteta and his coaching staff have been putting the finishing touches to our gameplan for the match, as we look to advance in a competition we reached the semi-finals of last term, and look to have our name engraved on the trophy for the first time in 33 years.
