It's also worth noting that even the newest C5 Corvettes are approaching 20 years old, and the batteries in the TPMS modules in each wheel are well past the end of their designed service life. If you have one or more wheels that won't program using this technique, it's very likely that the transmitter in those wheels has a dead battery, and there's no easy way to replace the battery short of swapping in a whole new transmitter.
