Btech: Detect Post-Compromise Threats with CHIRP 🛡️

Related to the SolarWinds breach and on-premise Exchange vulnerability, CISA has released a tool called CHIRP to detect and Incident of Compromise (IOC).

This is the new standard. It's not enough to patch and remediate vulnerabilities. We should now use tools like CHIRP to look for IOC's.

CHIRP = CISA Hunt and Incident Response.
IOC = Incident of Compromise
CISA = Cybersecurity & Infrastructure Security Agency
