Bristol Councillor Rejects Reopening Hidden River Frome Due to High Costs 🚧

The harbour used to stretch much further up than where it now ends, outside the Watershed Cinema. Just under three decades ago, the council consulted the public on reopening the culverted river, but decided to build the current promenade there instead.
