Brian Cox Explores Alpha Centauri 🌌

Join Prof. Brian Cox, as he explains about the nearest star to earth which is a triple star system called as Alpha Centauri star system in which 2 of the bright stars orbit around each other including Alpha Centauri A and B, both of them are very similar to our sun and then the third star is a red dwarf which is called Proxima Centauri. Moreover he says there is Earth size planet that orbits around Alpha Centauri B.

How long to travel to nearest star?
It takes light 4 years to reach us from that star. However with our current technology it could take about 6,000 years to get there.
