I've just had this update from Elias the author of Downloader

Hi,

It looks like Amazon has temporarily suspended the app due to a policy issue. I've submitted a new version that should comply with Amazon's policy. Once Amazon approves the update, which usually takes a few days, it should once again be available on Fire TVs and Fire Tablets.
