BREAKING: Huge police presence after reported ICE shooting in Minneapolis

BREAKING: A law enforcement officer shot a man in Minneapolis. The Department of Homeland Security claims a man was shot after a "targeted traffic stop" of an undocumented immigrant and the man "began to resist and violently assault the officer." The man is in the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. MS NOW's Jillian Frankel reports from Minneapolis.
