Blasting Bonanza Grade Gold Pockets, Episode 17, Season 3

⛏️ BONANZA GRADE! Mining the High-Grade Gold Rib
The season is winding down, but we aren’t leaving without the good stuff. In this episode, we’re targeting a high-grade rib located right at the collar of the drift. We’ve found a massive tellurium band loaded with free gold, and it’s time to get it out of the wall and into the bags.

Our plan? Drill, blast, muck, and slab. The "Spicy" Strategy is to keep the high-grade ore as clean as possible, we’re using a two-step process:

The Waste Shot: Drilling out the pink dots and blasting to clear the waste rock from under the vein.

The Ore Harvest: Using Dexpan and small "pops" to slab the high-grade band down in giant chunks so we can preserve those incredible wire gold structures.
