Blake Cohen is a Certified Addictions Professional through the Florida Certification Board, a Certified Life Coach, has a Bachelor’s degree in psychology from Florida Atlantic University, and his Master’s Degree in Leadership from Nova Southeastern University.

Fueled by passion, education, and his professional, personal & family experiences with Substance Use Disorders, Blake aims to assist those that have been directly, or indirectly, affected by Substance Use Disorders towards a path of understanding and healing.
