Bihar Assembly Election Results 2025 Live Updates: The Bihar Assembly Elections 2025 broke the turnout record since 1951. The voter turnout of 66.91% recorded in the two-phase elections, which ended on November 11, is the highest ever in the state. Bihar also recorded the highest women voter turnout in its history. While 71.6% women came out to vote, the men were far behind at 62.8%. As many as 8.5 lakh polling staffers, along with 1.4 lakh polling agents of the 2,616 contesting candidates, managed the elections. Apart from them 243 general observers, 38 police observers, and 67 expenditure observers oversaw the conduct of the elections. This was also the first time that Bihar hosted 16 delegates as observers from six countries.
