The National Democratic Alliance (NDA) released a joint manifesto for the upcoming Bihar Assembly elections on Friday (October 31, 2025). The 69-page manifesto details 25 promises by the NDA bloc.

There is tension in Mokama after the murder of Dularchand Yadav, a supporter of Jan Suraj candidate. Police sent the body for post-mortem after 16 hours. Three FIRs have been registered in this case, in which many people have been named. After the murder, supporters created a ruckus from Mokama to Barh, after which security has been increased in the area. RJD candidate Veena Devi has condemned the incident.
