recipe
1C rice vinegar
2Cup Water
1tsp oregano
1.5Tbsp Sugar
2tsp Salt
2 cinnamon sticks
2 bay leaves

heat brine to simmering (not boil)
and pour over your cut onions.
let it cool until it's room temp then refrigerate for 1 day! after 1 day your ready to eat it on EVERYTHING!
