The Insane Clown Posse of the St. Johns County Commission, Jay Morris - District 4, Cindy Stevenson - Dist. 1, Rachael Bennett - Official Developer Representative and Dist 5 and Ron Sanchez - He cannot remember what Dist but it is 2, beat down conservative Bill McClure for being an independent representative who refuses to go along with their tax, spend and borrow mentality.
