Made in 2007, 'Life In a...Metro' is directed by Anurag Basu. The movie is based on the fast paced life of people in Mumbai and has a strong ensemble cast of Dharmendra, Nafisa Ali, Shilpa Shetty, Shiney Ahuja, Kay Kay Menon, Kangna Ranaut, Sharman Joshi, Konkona Sen Sharma and Irrfan Khan. The song "Baatein Kuch Ankahee" narrates the individual lives of all these nine characters living in Mumbai, and deals with topics like extramarital affairs, sanctity of marriage, and love. The song features the voice of Adnan Sami with music directed by Pritam.
