Dabangg 2 is a 2012 Indian Hindi-language action comedy film directed and produced by Arbaaz Khan under Arbaaz Khan Productions. It is a sequel to Dabangg (2010), and the second installment of the Dabangg series. Salman Khan, Sonakshi Sinha, Arbaaz Khan, Mahie Gill and Vinod Khanna reprise their roles, while Prakash Raj, Nikitin Dheer, Pankaj Tripathi, Manoj Pahwa and Deepak Dobriyal appear in supporting roles. Plot: After the earlier events, Inspector Chulbul Pandey takes charge of a police station in Kanpur, living with his wife Rajjo, his half-brother Makkhi, and his stepfather Prajapati Pandey. In Kanpur, Chulbul faces powerful gangster and politician Thakur Bachcha Singh, after stopping his illegal activities and confronting his younger brother, Genda. The conflict intensifies when Genda misbehaves at a wedding, and Chulbul stands against him, leading to Genda’s demise. Bachcha vows revenge. While Chulbul is advised to stay away for his family’s safety, Bachcha attacks Rajjo and Makkhi, leaving them injured. Rajjo, sadly, loses her pregnancy in the incident. Filled with determination, Chulbul takes action, defeats Bachcha and his men, and restores peace. In the end, Chulbul and Rajjo are blessed with a baby boy, and the family shares a happy moment together.
