B.R.O Accelerates Construction of Key 114-Km Megha Budhal–Mahore–Gool Road in J&K 🚧

Rajouri (J&K), July 13, 2025 (ANI): Construction work on the 114-km Megha Budhal–Mahore–Gool Road is progressing at a war-footing pace under the Border Roads Organisation (BRO). BRO Commanding Officer Aditya Sharma said the work is ongoing on 50 km of the stretch across four project packages. Designed to National Highway double-lane standards, the project includes four bridges and is expected to cut travel time to Gool by half. “It will enhance tourism, bring socio-economic change, generate employment, and benefit locals,” Sharma added.
