I very rarely find the courage to be vulnerable but this was a song I knew I had to write. It took me a long time to finally sit down and put pen to paper. If hearing it helps someone feel seen, to speak their grief instead of holding it quietly, then my heart is full. That’s all I could ever ask for.

For every mother who loves a child the world never met,
this song is yours.

Though their tiny feet never touched the earth,
their quiet imprint remains on your heart.

you still feel them in every part of your being.

Though unseen by many,

This type of grief is hard to explain,
