ASMR: Refactoring a Local RAG Project ✍️

I recorded this in January and then forgot it even existed - finally edited :)

Anyways, this is still the local RAG project for learning purposes from last video. In this video we are refactoring some code and cleaning it up a bit into reusable functions etc.
