Arsenal are in talks with Brighton over the permanent signing of Leandro Trossard. There is no official offer from The Gunners yet but the club are expected to submit a formal bid in the coming days. Brighton are unwilling to sell unless Tony Bloom, Brighton's chairman's valuation is met.
