This song has always been close to my heart. I wanted to make a full music video to show the lives and struggles of our people in the tea plantations, and the stories my ancestors carried.
It didn’t happen then, because I couldn’t find the right support to bring it to life.

But this story will rise again at the right time, with the right force behind it.
Until then, Kangaani lives through every voice that carries its truth.

Here is a small reel from my recent visit to the tea estates in Kerala — a place that holds the heart of this song.
