actress Areej Chaudhary shared the upsetting incidents about the new girls in the media. Talking about it, she said, “I want to share a story from Lahore. I was doing a play as the main lead. In the cast, we had a junior artist who seemed to be a less privileged and struggling artist, hired on daily wages. During the shoot, I overheard some crew members saying, ‘I have watched her when she was changing the dress in the room. Let me show you all’, and they gathered together to watch her. This made me extremely uncomfortable. I wasn’t well-known or someone in a position of power on that set, but I kept checking outside the changing room. When she came out, I told her what had just happened. I also advised her to be cautious of her surroundings while changing. She was very upset about it. I am very much conscious about it, I don’t even try clothes in the changing rooms of brands’ outlets”.
