Approximation Algorithms for the Traveling Salesperson Problem

In this video, we study the traveling salesperson problem. We present a simple 2-approximation for the metric Traveling Salesperson Problem. We also show that the non-metric Traveling Salesperson Problem cannot be approximated at all.
