Apple briefly touches $3 trillion dollar market cap during Monday trading

애플, 장중 시총 3조 달러 돌파…전 세계 기업 중 최초

Apple's market capitalization on Monday briefly surpassed three trillion U.S. dollars for the first time, before dipping back below it by the closing bell.
This makes Apple the first U.S. company to surpass the milestone.
It reached 3 trillion dollars just over a year after it surpassed 2 trillion and three years after eclipsing one trillion.
However, Apple's market cap must be above the three trillion dollar mark when the market closes for the iPhone maker to be officially designated as the first publicly-traded company to have such a valuation.
