APK to JPG, It's a scam.
If someone is telling you they can convert an APK (Android app) to a JPG (image) — especially in the context of hacking or bypassing security — that is 100% a scam or an attempt to trick you into downloading malware.
Here’s why:
APK is an Android app package (executable code).
JPG is an image format — it cannot contain or execute app code.
