Aopoa Khartu-Al Quick Review in Star Citizen 3.9.1

An alien light fighter ..... why does it have the same weapons as an Earth fighter?

NOTE: As of 3.11.1 the weapon hardpoints are gimballed Size 3 or non-g size 4. Which means you can get more punch outta the ship.

Pros:
-Incredibly good looking. Like very sexy. Probably best looking ship in the game.
-Two shield slots so you can stack them for much better total shields and faster regen than comparable light fighters.
-The two hard-points are sizable so you can gimbal them and get decent DPS.
-Very nimble!

Cons:.
-Needs a better cooler and powerplant right from the start (especially if you upgrade shields).
-No missiles :(
-No weird mystery alien destruction weapons :(

It's hard to get over how good looking the "Al" really is. The animations, the models, the cockpit are all dazzling. With the ability to double stack shields, but never really get high DPS, you have a tanky little fighter. I wish it could output more DPS or have some other tactical application (EMP, Snare, QT dampener, or some weird alien green lighting bolt that makes the enemy ship overheat :D ). With it's subpar damage, you probably won't be rolling through the verse in this ship as your main, but it's so sexy and fun to fly you have to relish in it.
