Anthony tells us that one of the simplest and most cost effective solutions for a body shop is eShop's Image Manager. The Image Manager allows the body shop to monitor WIP and look at work in different stages as it goes through the facility. The user can upload photo images for insurance purposes and for diagnosis. The photos let the writer know what damamge was there before and what wasn't which is imperative for several reasons. Image Manager is simple in idea, and rich in usage.
