दादा ठाकुर का समाज में बहुत सम्मान है और उनकी बात को कानून माना जाता है। अर्जुन एक शहरी लड़की मीना से शादी करता है। पहले तो मीना अपने पति के बड़े भाई के अधीन रहने पर नाराज़ होती है, लेकिन जब उसे पता चलता है कि दादा ठाकुर उसके पिता के कारोबार में मदद करते हैं, तो वह अपने देवर के प्रति आदरभाव रखने लगती है।

Dada Thakur is highly respected in society and his word is considered law. Arjun marries a city girl, Meena. At first, Meena resents her husband's subservience to his elder brother, but when she realizes that Dada Thakur helped her father in his business, she becomes respectful towards her brother-in-law.
