Analysis of Episodes 3 and 4 of Hazbin Hotel Season 2

Did you know this in Hazbin Hotel?

Today episodes 3 and 4 of season 2 released. Are they any good? Let’s talk about it.

In episode 3 vox and velvette visit the hotel to spread misinformation while cherri tries to learn about sir pentious.

In episode 4 charlie goes on television to defend herself. Alastor visits rosie and then has an epic battle with the vees, leading to his capture.

Personally i loved these episodes, 4 in particular i think is the best episode of the entire show to date. It had a great mix of hilarious writing, catchy songs and beautiful worldbuilding.

The two standout scenes being the flashbacks of alastor’s backstory and his history with vox.

These episodes answered alot of questions like alastor’s deal with rosie, how the egg bois were made and why angel ended up in hell but it’s created a whole bunch more.

My only criticisms are once again katie killjoy’s voice, i just think her pilot one was better.

And charlie is a bit too naive. Her decision making is just too silly. Her scenes also just pale in comparison to anytime the vees are on screen. Vox especially steals the spotlight, he’s so charismatic.
