Ajay is a 1996 Hindi-language action romantic drama film directed and produced by Suneel Darshan. The film stars Sunny Deol as Ajay and Karisma Kapoor as Manorama, supported by Reena Roy, Suresh Oberoi, Kiran Kumar, Sadashiv Amrapurkar, Sharat Saxena, Farida Jalal, Mohnish Behl, and Laxmikant Berde.

Set in a small town, the film explores a passionate love story torn apart by class conflict, false testimony, and ruthless power. When Ajay is betrayed and jailed due to forced false witness, his family is destroyed. After learning the truth, Ajay rises with fury to take justice into his own hands.
