Audio Steganography is a technique used to transmit hidden information by modifying an audio signal is an imperceptible manner. It is a method that ensures secured data transfer between parties normally in internet community. This Matlab design is based on an approach for resolving the problem related to the substitution technique of audio steganography. In first level of security, RSA algorithm to encrypt message, In the next level, encrypted message is to be encoded into audio data, genetic algorithm-based substitution method is used to enhance the security and robustness.
