Zia Alonto Adiong claimed that Paul Gutierrez lied to the Chairman of the Blue Ribbon Committee about his visit to Ex-Customs intel Jimmy Guban, by failing to specify his intention of having an exclusive interview.<br />Rep. <br /><br />Adiong called out Gutierrez's failure to uphold 'several' ethical standards as a media practitioner, when asking permission to visit Guban.
